Fixing West Indies Cricket?

About 6 or 7 years ago I wrote an open letter to the then President of the West Indies Cricket Board, Mr. Ken Gordon, via the daily newspapers here in Jamaica. It was a suggestion on how to correct the decline of regional cricket. Needless to say, it was not published.

Below you will find I have uploaded a scanned image of the hard copy of the letter, which I saved in a stack of essays and letters written over the years.

I think with the passage of time and the advent of the various T20 cricket leagues around the world, including our very own new Caribbean Premier League…maybe my letter is worth a second look. (Forgive the typos).
