It has been a while since I have looked at Andrew Napolitano. He is always pointing directly to the US Constitution as to the location of the rules and the powers given unto elected officials.
Either officials obey its rules or they should change them. They usually act overstepping their powers to serve their own purposes. And any action taken outside of the power given unto officials by the Constitution is illegal. Who cares? Certainly not the low information masses.
